  微生物修复技术在土木工程中的研究进展

[摘要] 微生物修复是一种新型的修复技术,其机理就是利用微生物的新陈代谢活动,生成一些相对不溶或是难溶的化合物,以修复混凝土材料的缺陷。目前,国内外的研究主要是针对微生物诱导碳酸钙沉积和向土中注入营养液激发土中原有微生物生长繁殖。介绍了微生物修复技术的机理,总结了近几年国内外的研究进展,最后对微生物修复技术的应用前景和在土木工程中可应用的范围作了简要分析。

Research progress of Bioremedying in Civil Engineering

Abstract: Bioremedying is a new type of repair technology, its mechanism is to use the microbial metabolism activities, and to generate the compounds of relatively insoluble or undissolve, to repair the defect of concrete materials. At present,the domestic and foreign research mainly aim at the microbial induced calcite precipitation and the nutrient injection to soil stimulate microbial growth to breed. Introduces the mechanism of bioremedying technology. In this paper the progress of research in recent years were summarized, and finally the application prospect of Bioremedying in civil engineering is analyzed.
