锚索技术用于建筑物可控精确纠倾

[  ] 建筑物纠倾中的可控性及精准性是工程师们倾心追求的目标,也是纠倾成功的技术关键。作者首次提出将预应力锚索技术应用在建筑物纠倾控制及防复倾加固中,在青海省西宁市2幢高层建筑物纠倾工程中进一步验证取得成功,实践表明:在纠倾过程中,锚索为加压系统提供反力装置,起到加压调控的作用;纠倾完成以后,还可锁定建筑物基础,作为防复倾加固的一部分。最后指出,锚固技术应用于建筑物纠倾加固,可极大地提高了建筑物纠倾中的人为可控性和纠倾精度,具有广阔的应用前景。

The Application of anchor technology in controllable and precise Rectification of Building

Abstract:The controllability and precision in building rectification project are pursued by all engineers,which is the key technology of rectification to success.The author first proposed the idea that the prestressed anchor technology can be applied in building rectification control and anti-tilt reinforcement,which was successfully verified in the two high-rise building rectification projects inXining,Qinghai. The practice shows that: in the process of rectification, the anchor provides an anti-power installation for the pressurized system, to play the role of regulation by exerting force; After completion of rectification it can also lock the building foundation as an anti-tilt reinforcement measure.Finally, anchor technique used in building rectification and reinforcement has a broad application prospect, which can greatly improves the human controllable ability and elevates the rectification accuracy.
