桩基建筑物平移桩距与轨道尺寸优化选择

[摘要]结合某办公楼平移工程,对平移轨道尺寸与桩距进行了优化选择。采用SAP2000软件建立轨道和桩基协同工作模型,轨道按梁单元模拟,桩基础采用弹簧单元模拟,讨论了不同桩距、不同轨道梁高、不同柱托换节点宽度对轨道梁内力和成本的影响。分析表明:桩距增大,可节约成本,但会造成轨道梁变形过大;轨道梁截面高度变化对成本略有影响,随着截面高度的增加,轨道梁变形减小;柱托换节点宽度增加对成本和轨道梁变形影响不大。

Optimal Selection of Pile Distance and Track Dimension in Movement Engineering of Building with Pile Foundations

Abstract: Combined with movement engineering of an office building, track dimension and pile distance are optimally selected. The paper adopts SAP2000 to establish cooperative work model of track and pile foundations, and track is simulated by beam element and pile foundations are simulated by spring element. In addition, the paper discusses the effect of different pile distance, different beam height of tracks, and different width of column underpinning joints on the internal force of track beam and cost. The analysis shows that: the increase of pile distance can save cost but lead to the increase of track beam’s displacement; the effect of track beam’s height variation on the cost is small, as the increase of track beam’s height, the displacement is decreases; the increase of column underpinning joint’s width has little effect on cost and displacement.
