长桩建筑物综合纠倾技术探讨

摘要]长桩建筑物纠倾工程是一项复杂的系统工程,需要因地制宜的进行研究。某长桩住宅楼位于深厚淤泥场地,体形复杂,双向倾斜。该建筑物纠倾工程综合采用桩身卸载法、桩顶卸载法、承台卸载法以及堆载加压法等,防复倾加固采用抬墙梁法,取得了良好效果。

Comprehensive Techniques for Incline-Rectifying

of Building with long piles

Abstract: It is a complex systematic engineering to correct the leaning building with long piles, on which studies shall be prepared according to practical condition. One residential building is located on a field with deep and thick silt soil layer, which is a complicated structure and tilting in two directions. The building is incline-rectified by means of unloading piles shaft resistance, piles pot resistance and piles cap resistance. The method of toe weight is also used together. The building straighted is strengthened to prevent it from tilting again. Finally, favorable effects have been achieved.
