浅论城市既有小区土地空间的利用

[摘要]  通过充分调研分析我国城市既有小区日益严峻的停车难现象,总结国外解决停车难经验和对多种停车方式的对比;首次在国内业界提出以开发利用城市既有小区地下空间为主要方式的根治城市既有小区停车难综合方案;研发的专利技术和独特商业模式破解既有小区地下空间建造中的“一高一低”无逆转性障碍。

[Abstract] through the full investigation and analysis of China's urban area increased both severe parking difficulties phenomenon, parking is difficult to sum up experience and abroad to solve a variety of parking on the way the contrast; for the first time offered to the domestic industry development and utilization of urban underground space for the existing residential both the main mode of radical urban comprehensive program of residential parking difficult; developed patented technology and unique business model to crack both the construction of underground space district, "one high and one low" no reversal of the disorder.
